Job Description

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Legal Counsel who will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal advice and support across various business functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation capabilities, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on a range of issues including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation.
• Draft, review, and amend legal documents, contracts, and policies to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Manage litigation processes and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Investigate legal issues and conduct risk assessments to minimize liability.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business strategies.
• Conduct training on legal topics to staff and ensure awareness of compliance standards.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise management accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• LLM is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in corporate law is highly desirable
