Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns promptly.
  • Handle customer orders and process returns efficiently.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for service enhancements.
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the customer support team.
  • Assist with training new team members and sharing best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Higher education in Customer Relations is preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in CRM software

Languages
  • English: Fluent
