Responsibilities

  • Handle customer requests and provide support information promptly
  • Document interactions and ensure follow-up on unresolved issues
  • Identify trends and recurring customer problems for reporting
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes
  • Stay informed about our product updates and service offerings
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback on services
  • Assist in developing support documentation and FAQs

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support roles

Languages
  • English: Fluent
