• Develop customized legal strategies to protect intellectual property assets for clients.
• Advise on the implications of new technologies and innovations on IP law.
• Participate in industry seminars and events to represent the firm and its IP expertise.
• Lead negotiations for licensing agreements and IP transactions.
• Monitor competitor activities in relation to IP to provide timely advice to clients.
• Document and manage all client communications regarding IP issues.
• Support marketing efforts by providing IP insights for promotional materials.

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
• Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law is preferred
• Intellectual Property Law Deep expertise in various areas of intellectual property law.
• Contract Drafting Experienced in drafting legal contracts and agreements related to IP.
• Legal Research Proficient in conducting in-depth legal research and analysis.
• Analytical Skills Exceptional analytical skills to assess IP issues accurately.
• Communication Strong communication skills for effective client engagement and negotiation.
• Negotiation Skills Highly skilled in negotiating contracts and settlement agreements.
• Registered Patent Attorney
• Certified Intellectual Property Professional (CIPP)
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with litigation support: Experience in providing legal support in IP litigation cases.
• Prior consulting experience: Experience in consulting firms or as an in-house advisor on IP matters.
