Job Description

As an Intellectual Property Advisor at Legal Experts Ltd., you will play a crucial role in advising clients on their IP strategies, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IP law and a passion for supporting innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized legal strategies to protect intellectual property assets for clients.
• Advise on the implications of new technologies and innovations on IP law.
• Participate in industry seminars and events to represent the firm and its IP expertise.
• Lead negotiations for licensing agreements and IP transactions.
• Monitor competitor activities in relation to IP to provide timely advice to clients.
• Document and manage all client communications regarding IP issues.
• Support marketing efforts by providing IP insights for promotional materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
• Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law is a significant advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of specialized experience in IP law

Technical Skills

• Trademark Law
• Copyright Law

Certifications

• Certified IP Specialist
• Barrister Practice Qualification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with litigation support: Experience in providing legal support in IP litigation cases.
