Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator to manage various conflict resolution programs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing mediation and arbitration processes, ensuring all parties can resolve disputes amicably.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate negotiation sessions and prepare settlement proposals.
• Collaborate with legal teams and other ADR professionals to resolve disputes efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with ADR standards and ethical guidelines.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate ADR methods.
• Participate in community outreach to promote ADR services.
• Attend relevant training and workshops to stay updated on ADR best practices.
• Support the development of new dispute resolution initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Conflict Resolution or related field is a plus

Experience

• Experience in legal or related field will be advantageous
