Card Grader

Job Description

As a Card Grader, your primary responsibility will be to accurately assess and grade trading cards based on their condition and value. You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure that every card meets our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming cards for quality assurance and grading readiness.
• Documentation of grading results in database systems.
• Assure compliance with company policies regarding grading processes.
• Provide feedback on grading criteria for further refinement.
• Assist in quality assessment for new card products released.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in card collectibles.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No previous grading experience required, but card collection knowledge is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Knowledge of card grading systems

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment: Familiarity with production processes is an advantage.
