As a Card Grader, your primary responsibility will be to accurately assess and grade trading cards based on their condition and value. You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure that every card meets our high-quality standards.

• Inspect incoming cards for quality assurance and grading readiness.
• Documentation of grading results in database systems.
• Assure compliance with company policies regarding grading processes.
• Provide feedback on grading criteria for further refinement.
• Assist in quality assessment for new card products released.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in card collectibles.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail Critical for accurate grading of cards.
• Manual dexterity Necessary for handling and inspecting cards.
• Basic computer skills Needed for documenting grading results.
• Strong communication Facilitates teamwork and information exchange.
• Ability to work under pressure Essential for meeting production goals.

• English (Fluent)
