Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Port Elizabeth team. The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a stellar service experience to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Create and maintain documentation for common issues and solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive team environment.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Degree in Communication or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years in customer service roles with a proven track record
